And to get your blood pumping, you need to eat food that is light, easy to digest and improves the blood flow. Here are five foods you should include in your diet for some hot action in bed
Spinach
Popeye propagated only half the benefits of spinach. Leafy vegetables such as spinach contain vitamin E and iron, which helps produce more oestrogen the hormone that ups sex drive in women. Nuts
